To ensure smooth operation and prevent sticking, the machine is equipped with a top sprinkling system that evenly distributes dry flour (powder) on both sides of the dough sheet. This prevents the dough from sticking to the rollers and ensures proper sheet formation throughout the process.

One of the key features of this machine is its dual-side sprinkling system. The “Aral Load” (dry flour dusting powder) is evenly sprinkled on both sides of the dough sheet
